【陣發性夜間血尿症】
是一種造血幹細胞疾病，主要是因位在X chromosome上的PIG-A gene發生突變，導致細胞膜上的GPI anchor無法合成，使得的連接在GPI anchor上的重要蛋白質缺乏。
